VINIFICATION AND MATURATION :The wine is fermented at low temperatures, around 260 C. It is matured in tanks to preserve its fresh, aromatic character. WHAT WE CAN SAID ABOUT THE WINE :Plaisir75cl is as opulent and appealing as one could hope for in a table wine. It is a blend of three different grapes that are seldom found together. It will please anyone who is not uniquely fixated on appellation wines, but who is searching most of all for a pleasing taste sensation.
